Classes
We offer classes for every level. Each class is capped at 10 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.
Drop-in Classes (Member Prices)
$10 — Single Class
$20 — 5 Class Package
$30 — 10 Class Package
$40 — Unlimited
Strength & Conditioning
Variety of exercises and combinations of exercises designed to build strength, endurance and work capacity
Strength/Power Building
Variety of compound movements geared towards building size and strength.
Powerlifting
Main focus of squat, bench press and deadlift. Work on cycling training, a variety of assistance exercises, and how to peak for a competition.
